Alaska Sport Haven is ideally located in Southeast Alaska among the historical port town of Petersburg. Since 1990,
Alaska Sport Haven has specialized in sport fishing, hunting, whale-watching, and La Conte Glacier tours. The lodge
is minutes from downtown and offers a full Bed & Breakfast service with Alaskan based meals.  This amazing lodge
is located on the water in some of the best fishing grounds in Southeast Alaska. Our outdoor adventure 2017
Packages are designed to make your Alaskan vacation the trip of a lifetime, all while staying within your budget.

Alaska Sport Haven clients are just minutes from adventure. With just a short walk, you can enjoy outstanding king
and silver salmon fishing, Dungeness crab, trout streams, and wildlife viewing such as black bears and waterfowl.
Embarking on day or overnight trips from the lodge, you can experience halibut fishing, remote wilderness stream
fishing, and/or scenic hiking trips. Here at Alaska Sport Haven we also have boat and gear rental if you want to
venture out on your own.
In addition, we are a perfectly located home base for your next hunting expedition.

ABOUT CAPTAIN BOB
(U.S. NAVY, VIETNAM VET)

Charter Captain Bob Bailey has many years of Alaskan wildlife and outdoor experience. Bob retired from the U.S.
Forest Service, in Petersburg,  in 1990 and promptly started building his charter and lodge business. With his deep
love and respect for hunting, fishing, and the Alaskan wilderness,  Bob will share his unique knowledge of the area
with you and your group.
Capt. Bob invites you to experience Alaska from the unique perspective that only decades of knowledge can provide.
